Riesling – The Aromatic High-Acidity White Wine

Riesling is one of the most aromatic white grape varieties, known for its naturally high acidity. It can produce wines ranging from bone dry to lusciously sweet, similar in versatility to Chenin Blanc.

Young Rieslings show floral, citrus and stone fruit aromas, while aged examples develop complex notes of honey, nuts and petroleum. Its high acidity also gives it excellent ageing potential.
