Ajit Balgi is one of India’s leading wine and spirit educators. He is a seasoned mixologist and Sommelier and has worked in Mumbai and London for over a decade in wine and spirits. Ajit is advanced qualified in wines and spirits from the WSET (London) and has trained over 5000 professionals and consumers in the last 10 years. He is India's only active BNIC Cognac Educator and one of the 90 in the world and also is a Certified Wine Educator. Ajit was the only Indian to be at ESPAI Priorat 2017 in Spain, was selected to be a part of the Austrian Wine Summit in 2015 and also bagged the US Cochran scholarship in wines and spirits in 2016. He was the only Indian judge at the Michelangelo wine and spirit competition in South Africa in 2018. Ajit has also written for publications like Times of India, Business Traveller India, Sommelier India,, Asian Age, Deccan Chronicle ,Living Foodz, Food Lovers, Business World Hotelier etc. He is an alumnus of IHM Mumbai and an MBA in marketing from S P Jain, Mumbai. Siddhesh Bhosale is a beverage pro with over 8 years of experience in luxury hotel chains like the St Regis & The Leela. Highlights of his work included cocktail menu planning for Luna at the St Regis, was involved in consumer cocktail workshops as the Head Mixologist at the Leela, Udaipur and went through a train the trainer stint at Ekaa a progressive cocktail bar in Mumbai. He has conducted bar trainings at the ITC and Marriott hotels and has done several bar-takeovers for International beverage brands.
