We’re looking for a passionate beverage professional to join The Happy High. This role goes beyond the bar—it’s about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India’s growing beverage culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client locations
• Curate cocktail menus for hospitality clients
• Contribute to engaging beverage and mixology video content
• Manage event bartending and brand activations
• Support business development initiatives

Experience & Background

• Total experience: 3–8 years
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience at cocktail-forward bars
• Experience in the Mumbai bar market preferred
• This is a Mumbai-based role; relocation support is currently not available

Skills

• Speed and efficiency behind the bar with knowledge of modern bartending techniques
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• MS Office and general computer proficiency

Sales & Marketing / Event Executive – The Happy High, Mumbai

The Happy High is looking for a dynamic sales and marketing professional to support the growth of our two key verticals: professional beverage education and corporate beverage experiences. This role is ideal for someone with outbound sales experience in industries such as events, hospitality, or experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation for education programs and corporate beverage experiences
• Planning and coordination of events and workshops
• Building new partnerships with corporate clients and event agencies
• Developing new initiatives and strategies for business growth
• Maintaining sales pipelines, records, and reporting

Eligibility

• Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales (events or related industries preferred)
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Based in Mumbai
