Ingredients:
Whisky 60 ml
Laphroaig  to float 2ml
Honey 25ml
Apple juice 60 ml
Fresh Ginger  
Lime juice 20ml
Method:
Add all ingredients except Laphroaig in a
 shaker glass, add ice and shake well.
 Strain it in a rock glass over ice.
Float Laphroaig on top.
Garnish:
 lime slice

Ingredients:
Blended Scotch Whisky 45 ml
Kiwi Syrup 15 ml
Pineapple Juice 60 ml
Lemon Juice 15 ml
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake well and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish:
Maraschino Cherry, Mint Sprig
