Created By: Vishal Puthran Restaurant: Wink, Vivanta By Taj, Mumbai Ingredients: Whisky 60 ml Laphroaig to float 2ml Honey 25ml Apple juice 60 ml Fresh Ginger Lime juice 20ml Method: Add all ingredients except Laphroaig in a shaker glass, add ice and shake well. Strain it in a rock glass over ice. Float Laphroaig on top. Garnish: lime slice |
