Captain Morgan Spiced Rum 45 ml
Grand Marnier 10 ml
Lemon juice 15 ml
Sugar syrup as per taste
Method:
Shake all the ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker
Strain it in a martini glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon
Garnish:
Orange spiral.

Bacardi White Rum 60 ml
White sugar 10 gms
Brown sugar 5 gms
Lime Wedge 6 nos
Watermelon Chunks 10 nos
Fresh Basil leaves 6 nos
Top up soda
Method:
In serving glass add lime wedge, watermelon and sugar muddle it gently.
Add basil leaves by tapping it between your palms, add crushed Ice, rum and stir gently.
Top up with Soda, stir and then top with crushed ice
Garnish:
Watermelon balls and basil leaf.
