Ingredients:
Passion fruit 20 ml
Vodka 30 ml
Green apple 4-5 chunks
Green apple 2 slices
Sparkling wine to top
Method:
Add green apple chunks and Passion fruit into the shaker.
Muddle the fruit and fill it up with ice.
Add vodka and shake it well.
Strain it in a chilled champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish:
Green Apple Slice
