Ingredients:
Vodka  60 ml
Fresh Lime Juice  30 ml
Black Salt  a pinch
Green Chilli  2 nos
Sprite to top
Method:
Gently muddle green chili with lime juice and rock salt.
Add vodka and shake well with ice
Strain the concoction in glass full of ice cubes
Top up with sprite
Add a pinch of rock salt on top of drink
Garnish:
Lime slice, green chilli

Ingredients:
Vodka 60 ml
Fresh Passionfruit/Puree  30 ml
Basil Leaf  3 NOS
Sugar Syrup 20 ml
Apple Juice 30 ml    
Method:
Pour all the ingredients in the mixing glass,  the basil leaves need to be torn into two. Top it up with ice and shake well.
Double Strain into a chilled martini glass. 
Garnish:
Basil Sprig/Leaf

Ingredients:
Premium Vodka 60 ml 
Muddled Alphonso Mango 1 nos
Basil  6 leaves 
Lime juice 10 ml
Sugar syrup 15 ml
Method:
In a shaker, muddle some Alphonso mango  with a few basil leaves. 
Add other ingredients.
Add crushed ice into the mixture and shake it well.
Pour the mixture into a rock glass.
Garnish:

Melon Frost Li Bai Palladium

Ingredients:
Premium Vodka: 60 ml
Watermelon: 500 gms
Lime Juice: 15ml
Sugar syrup: 30 ml  
Method:
Add all ingredients in a blender jar.
Add 12-15 cubes of Ice.
Add a pinch of salt. (To keep the texture of the ice slushy)
Blend till a thick slush is formed.
Pour it in a chill Margarita Glass.
Garnish:  
Water Melon slices

Indian Bartender Sunil Bhoir

Ingredients:
Vodka  45 ml
Triple Sec  15 ml
Fresh Lime Juice  25 ml
Castor Sugar  ½ tbsp
Method:
Chill the martini glass
Pour vodka, triple sec, lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake it vigorously for 30 seconds
Rim the glass with lime and castor sugar
Double strain the concoction and pour in the glass
Garnish:
Lime slice

Ingredients:
Vodka 60 ml
Mulberries 4 nos
Orange wedge 1
nos
Grape Juice 60 ml
Kala
Khatta Syrup 30 ml
Lime Rings 2
Black Salt
Pomegranate 1 tablespoon
Method:
Muddle two Mulberries, one lime slice and an Orange Wedge in a tumbler
Add crushed ice to top and mix well
Add vodka, grape Juice, kalakhatta syrup and  black salt to taste and stir. 
Garnish:
Pomogranate,Mulberries & lime rings
